某机起落架的许多零件材料是结构钢30CrMnSiNi2A和30CrMnSiA,这些材料热处理后,硬度已达HRC 38~43,而所要加工的孔多是二、三级精度,光洁度▽7。用一般高速钢刀具进行铰孔,则难以胜任。为达到精度和光洁度的要求,在工艺上大多采用了YT15硬质合金铰刀铰孔,铰孔时转速较高,这时如在钻模设计上用一般钻套,则钻套及铰刀引导部分会因铰刀高速旋转产生摩擦而急剧磨损,这样就无法保证工艺要求。部标准HB1870-71《高速铰孔用旋转导套(滚珠式)》即为解决此间题而采用的结构,见图1。
