我们在平顶山高压开关厂的设计中采用了以150℃高温热水为热媒的辐射采暖系统,取供回水温差Δt=60℃。中间试验系统于1974年冬开始投入运行,经三个冬天运行,供水温度变化在145℃至160℃之间,供回水温差变化在60℃至75℃之间,经受了一百余次人为停电和突然停电的考验,证明该系统基本上达到了运行安全可靠、维护简便的要求。一、设计简介 1.原始数据全厂设计负荷:~700万千卡/小时。中间试验负荷:
In the design of the Pingdingshan High-voltage Switchgear Factory, we used a radiant heating system using high-temperature hot water at 150°C as the heating medium. The temperature difference between the supply and return water was Δt=60°C. The intermediate test system was put into operation in the winter of 1974. After three winter runs, the temperature of the water supply changed from 145°C to 160°C. The temperature difference between the supply water and the return water changed from 60°C to 75°C, and it took more than one hundred times.
