本试验通过原虫净对褶皱臂尾轮虫的急性、慢性毒性试验,研究了原虫净对褶皱臂尾轮虫存活、生长和繁殖的影响。试验结果显示:原虫净对褶皱臂尾轮虫的24hLC50值为422.63ug/L,48hLC50值为302.86ug/L,应用Turubell公式得出其安全浓度为46.66ug/L。褶皱臂尾轮虫总生殖量随着原虫净浓度的升高而减少,存活天数随着浓度的升高而降低,产前发育天数随浓度的升高而延长,平均生殖次数和每次生殖个数均随浓度升高而降低。总生殖量各试验组与对照组均有显著差异(P<0.05);存活天数除10ug/L组外,其它组与对照组有显著差异(P<0.05)。内禀增长率rm、净生殖率R0和周限增长率λ均随着浓度的升高而降低,世代周期T随着浓度的升高而增加。rm、λ和R0各试验组间与对照组均有显著性差异(P<0.05);T低浓度组与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),30ug/L以上浓度组与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,10ug/L低浓度的原虫净对褶皱臂尾轮虫存活天数、产前发育时间、平均生殖次数和每次生殖个数影响不大,即与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05),但对总生殖量、内禀增长率、净生殖率和周限增长率等种群增长参数已有明显影响,与对照组间差异显著(P<0.05)。
In this study, the protozoal net effect on the survival, growth and reproduction of Brachionus plicatilis was studied through the acute and chronic toxicity test of protozoa to the rotifer. The results showed that the net LCLC value of Protoclopus plexippus was 422.63ug / L and the value of 48hLC50 was 302.86ug / L, and its safe concentration was 46.66ug / L by Turubell formula. There was no significant difference between T low concentration group and control group (P> 0.05), and there was significant difference between 30ug / L concentration group and control group (P <0.05). The results showed that 10ug / L low concentration of protozoa on the survival of Paragonimus poleworm days, prenatal development, the average number of reproductive cycles and the number of each reproductive little effect, that is, no significant difference with the control group (P> 0.05), but had significant effects on population growth parameters such as total reproductive capacity, intrinsic rate of increase, net rate of reproductive growth and perinatal growth rate, with significant difference from the control group (P <0.05).
