LED可见光通信中光电接收器输出信号幅值较小且有畸变,影响了数据传输速率。设计了光电接收器信号处理系统,通过将光电接收器输出的信号放大,并将单端信号转变成差分信号,然后输入至限幅放大器中整形恢复。实验结果表明,该信号处理电路可以实现800 MHz正弦波的整形,将其连接到可见光通信系统中,在LED上加载280 MHz正弦波,信号处理电路具有较好的跟随和整形恢复能力,信号速率约可达到560 Mbps,达到了目前单信道LED使用OOK调制传输的最高速率水平。
LED visible light optical communication receiver output signal amplitude smaller and distorted, affecting the data transfer rate. The optical receiver signal processing system is designed to amplify the signal output from the photoelectric receiver and transform the single-ended signal into a differential signal, which is then input to the limiting amplifier for shaping recovery. The experimental results show that the signal processing circuit can realize the shaping of the 800 MHz sine wave, connect it to the visible light communication system, load the 280 MHz sine wave on the LED, and the signal processing circuit has good ability of following and shaping recovery. The signal rate Up to 560 Mbps, the highest single-channel LED OOK modulation transmission rate reached the current level.
