作者对3例患有子宫肌瘤准备作子宫切除的病员,选黄体期时,于术前一日阴道内塞入前列腺素F_(2α) 25毫克,一日2次(总量75毫克/24小时),次日手术,将截除的卵巢黄体作酶的组织化学检查,包括碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶、葡萄糖-6-磷酸-脱氢酶(G-6-PDH)和△5-3β羟类固醇脱氢酶(3β-HSD);电子显微镜检查观察超微结构改变;用药前后作血浆内孕酮和17α-羟孕酮(17-OHD)含量测定。结果用药后黄体内酶的含量、超微结构、以及血浆内上述二种激素测定都无明显改变,提示前列腺素F_(2α)无明显黄体溶解作用。 1例类似病员于阴道塞入前列腺素F_(2α) 25毫克后,因剧烈腹痛及恶吐而停药,4小时后有阴道流
