目的观察纳米羟基磷灰石再矿化液对人工致龋液pH值的影响。方法采用60mL∶15g的纳米羟基磷灰石溶液作为再矿化液滴定pH值为4.5的0.1mmol/L人工致龋液,记录每加入0.1mL纳米羟基磷灰石液后人工致龋液pH值的变化,至其无明显改变,并进行统计分析。结果纳米羟基磷灰石与人工致龋液pH值的变化规律符合对数方程:y=5.951+0.185lgx,即:人工致龋液的pH值随纳米羟基磷灰石液的增加而增加,呈正相关,人工致龋液的pH值最终无限接近于7.0。结论纳米羟基磷灰石液能明显改变人工致龋液的pH值,使牙釉质脱矿的酸性环境趋于中性,有利于龋病的预防。
Objective To observe the effect of nano-hydroxyapatite remineralization solution on pH value of artificial caries fluid.
