为了解福建省卫生监督机构卫生监督人员的现状,为卫生监督机构改革提供依据和卫生行政部门决策提供参考,促进我省的卫生监督人才和队伍建设。以文件的形式将问卷调查表向福建省55个县(区)的卫生监督机构下发,进行普查;用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果显示:福建省卫生监督人员的数量偏少;专业结构单一,人员比例不协调,县(区)级人员总体素质相对偏低,卫生监督人员的合理配置等方面还存在一些不足。
In order to understand the current situation of health supervisory personnel in the health supervision agencies in Fujian Province, it provides a basis for the reform of health supervision institutions and the decision-making of health administrative departments, and promotes the construction of health supervision talents and teams in our province. The questionnaire was sent to the health supervision agencies of 55 counties (districts) of Fujian Province in the form of documents for general survey; SPSS software was used for statistical analysis. The results showed that the number of health supervisors in Fujian Province was relatively small; the professional structure was single, the proportion of staff was inconsistent, the overall quality of the county (district) level staff was relatively low, and the rational allocation of health supervisors had some deficiencies.
