In tumor cells have found a variety of isoenzymes, compared with their source cells have changed significantly, is considered one of the signs of cancer. However, a single determination of serum isoenzyme, the positive rate is not ideal. In this paper, the combination of three serum isozymes (lactate dehydrogenase, aldolase, alkaline phosphatase) to increase their positive rate in the diagnosis of upper gastrointestinal cancer. The three ratios of lactate dehydrogenase isoenzyme in preoperative serum of 65 cases of upper gastrointestinal cancer patients increased compared with that of the control group, indicating that there was a tendency that the M subunit of lactate dehydrogenase in serum increased in patients. Serum aldolase in the cancer group hydrolyzed FDP significantly reduced the enzyme activity
