目的:测定生血胶囊中阿魏酸的含量。方法:采用双波长薄层扫描法。结果:本品平均加样回收率为99.18％,RSD=2.74％,5批样品中阿魏酸的平均值为0.00152mg/粒。结论:方法简便,快速,灵敏度高,可用于该品的质量控制。
Objective: To determine the content of ferulic acid in Shengxue capsules. Method: Double wavelength thin layer scanning method. Results: The average recovery rate of this product was 99.18%, RSD was 2.74%, and the average value of ferulic acid in the 5 batches of samples was 0.00152 mg/grain. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, and sensitive. It can be used for quality control of the product.
