对4-异丙基-7-氧代-5-辛烯腈(Ⅰ)的合成工艺进行了研究和改进——成功地将红外光 谱应用到反应混合物及中间产物的成分分析中,方法简便、快捷;报道了以5-甲基-4-甲 酰基已腈(Ⅱ)为原料,经与丙酮缩合,脱水制备化合物(Ⅰ)的合成工艺.研究结果表明:化 合物(Ⅱ)与丙酮的缩合反应中,以有机碱乙醇钠为催化剂比用无机碱作催化剂反应收率提高 14.5%,反应时间缩短9.5 h,且产物容易分离和纯化.
The synthesis of 4-isopropyl-7-oxo-5-octenonitrile (Ⅰ) has been studied and improved. The infrared spectroscopy has been successfully applied to the composition analysis of reaction mixtures and intermediates. The method is simple, (Ⅰ) was synthesized by the condensation of 5-methyl-4-formyl-nitrile (Ⅱ) with acetone and dehydration.The results showed that the condensation reaction of compound (Ⅱ) with acetone , The yield of organic alkali alkalis was 14.5% higher than that of inorganic alkali as catalyst, the reaction time shortened 9.5 h, and the product was easily separated and purified.
