目的观察日本血吸虫感染大鼠血清中虫卵和成虫特异性抗体同型 IgG、IgG2a、IgG2c的动态变化。方法ELISA。结果三种特异性抗体同型均有明显升高,巨变化趋势基本一致,于感染后第3~8周升高,约在12周达高峰并维持至观察结束的第14周。结论提示IgG2a、IgG2c在日本血吸虫感染的免疫中可能具有一定的作用。
Objective To observe the dynamic changes of the isotype IgG, IgG2a and IgG2c of the eggs and adult specific antibodies in the serum of Schistosoma japonicum infected rats. Methods ELISA. Results The isotypes of the three specific antibodies were all significantly increased. The trend of the macroscopic changes was basically the same. The levels of the three specific antibodies increased from the third week to the eighth week after infection and peaked at about 12 weeks until the end of the observation period. Conclusions IgG2a, IgG2c may play a role in the immunity of Schistosoma japonicum infection.
