2011年以来,上海市宝山区财政部门围绕“患病有保障、看病更方便、治病少花钱”的目标,建立财政足额补偿保障机制,助推基层公共医疗服务体系建设。
Since 2011, the financial department of Baoshan District in Shanghai has set up a mechanism of full financial compensation and assistance to boost the building of a grassroots public health service system based on the objective of “ensuring sickness, making medical treatment more convenient and spending less on medical treatment.”
