建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定尿中钒(V)、铬(Cr)、钴(Co)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、铊(Tl)、铅(Pb)的方法。应用1.0%的硝酸直接稀释样品20倍,ICP-MS直接测定尿中V、Cr、Co、As、Cd、Tl、Pb。试验结果显示,该方法的线性相关系数>0.999 5,检出限:V为0.30μg/L,Cr为0.40μg/L,Co为0.08μg/L,As为0.52μg/L,Cd为0.06μg/L,Pb为1.24μg/L,Tl为0.28μg/L;各元素的回收率为88.2%~109.0%,相对标准偏差为1.45%~7.16%,尿样在4℃和-8℃冰箱中保存7d。提示,该分析方法灵敏、简便、准确,可同时测定尿中尿中V、Cr、Co、As、Cd、Tl、Pb。
To establish an ICP-MS method for simultaneous determination of vanadium (V), chromium (Cr), cobalt (Co), arsenic (As), cadmium (Cd), thallium (Tl) Methods.
