中国广州仲裁委员会(原名广州仲裁委员会)成立于1995年8月29日,是《中华人民共和国仲裁法》颁布实施后广州地区组建的唯一的民商事仲裁机构。本会自组建以来,秉承为当事人提供优质、高效服务的宗旨,锐意改革,立志创新,实现了跨越式发展。受案数量逐年增加,2015年,中国广州仲裁委员会共受理各类民商事纠纷案件10631件,案件总标的额316亿元,位居全国仲裁机构前列。
Founded in August 29, 1995, the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission of China (formerly Guangzhou Arbitration Commission) is the only civil and commercial arbitration institution set up in the Guangzhou area after the promulgation of the “Arbitration Law of the People’s Republic of China.” Since the formation of this Council, we have been adhering to the principle of providing high quality and efficient service for the parties, determined to reform, determined to innovate, and achieved leapfrog development. The number of cases has increased year by year. In 2015, the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission of China accepted a total of 10,631 cases of various types of civil and commercial disputes and the total amount of cases reached 31.6 billion yuan, ranking the top in the country’s arbitration institutions.
