目的了解在基层医院开展人工晶状体植入术后散光视力的动态变化。方法术中采用巩膜切口、连续缝合;术后3天、1周、2周、1月、2月检查屈光度及视力。结果术后3天76.92%裸眼视力在0.1~0.3,2月50%在0.7以上;术后散光2月在3.00D以上仅占7.69%。结论术后早期低视力是由炎性反应及角膜水肿引起,术后散光多于半月至1月消退,此时裸眼视力多恢复到0.5以上。
Objective To understand the dynamic changes of astigmatism after intraocular lens implantation in primary hospitals. Methods Scleral incision and continuous suture were used during operation. Diopter and visual acuity were examined at 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month and 2 months after operation. Results Three days after operation, 76.92% of uncorrected visual acuities ranged from 0.1 to 0.3, and 50% of patients were above 0.7 in February. Postoperative astigmatism accounted for only 7.69% of 3.00D in February. Conclusions Early postoperative low vision is caused by inflammatory reaction and corneal edema. The postoperative astigmatism regained more than half a month to January. At this time, the uncorrected visual acuity recovered more than 0.5.
