本文简介了用链篦机—回转窑作为粉末冶金铁粉生产一次还原的工艺流程。讨论了采用链篦机—回转窑法生产铁粉的可能性、作了理论分析,介绍了工业试验结果。实验证明采用链篦机—回转窑生产铁粉工艺上可行;主要原、材料消费仅为现有工艺的1/3~1/2;试验产品的理化性能符合国家二级铁粉标准;可用无烟煤等代替木炭作还原剂,扩大了还原剂来源;省去了陶瓷罐和薄铁皮罐,为国家节省大量耐火材料和薄铁皮;劳动条件较好,易于实现机械化,因此链篦机—回转窑法是迅速发展我国铁粉生产的一条新路。
This article describes the use of grate rotary kiln as a powder metallurgy iron production process of a reduction. The possibility of using grate - rotary kiln to produce iron powder was discussed. The theoretical analysis was made and the industrial test results were introduced. The experiment proves that it is feasible to use grate - rotary kiln to produce iron powder. The main raw material consumption is only 1/3 ~ 1/2 of the existing technology. The physical and chemical properties of the tested products meet the national secondary iron powder standard. Such as replacing charcoal for reductant, expanding the source of reductant; eliminating the need for ceramic cans and thin tin cans, saving a lot of refractories and thin iron skins for the country; better working conditions and easy mechanization, so the grate-rotary kiln Is a rapid development of China’s iron production a new road.
