在当前高校教学理念日益成熟的今天,引导学生积极参与社会锻炼已经成为整个教学活动系统化开展的重要内容和要求,提升学生的参与热情和积极性,不仅是实现最佳教学效果的基础,同时也是整个高校教学机制创新完善的必然要求。本文拟从当前大学生实践创新能力培养过程中存在的问题和不足分析入手,结合当前茶叶生产企业转型发展过程中的具体要求,通过探究构建大学生在茶叶生产企业兼职模式的具体内涵,从而分析大学生参与茶叶生产企业兼职对其实践创新能力培养价值。
