本实验采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板型电泳法,分析了取食5种不同寄生植物的棉铃虫酯酶同功酶的变化。结果表明:在酶谱上,取食不同植物的棉铃虫体内的酯酶同功酶差异显著,酶带数和酶活性强弱均有不同;羧酸酯酶带数和酶活性高于胆碱酯酶。试验结果还证实了寄主植物中存在某种(待测)物质,诱导棉铃虫体内代谢发生变化。羧酸酯酶是参与这一代谢变化的主要水解酶之一。
In this study, polyacrylamide gel vertical plate electrophoresis was used to analyze the changes of esterase isozymes of cotton bollworm fed on five different parasitic plants. The results showed that there were significant differences in esterase isoenzyme in the cotton bollworm fed different plants on the zymogram, with different bands and enzyme activities; the number of carboxylesterase bands and the enzyme activity were higher than those of choline Esterase. The results of the experiment also confirmed the presence of some (test) substance in the host plant and induced the metabolism of the body in the bollworm. Carboxylesterases are one of the major hydrolases involved in this metabolic change.
