油品计量交接过程中,温度直接影响K值(体积修正系数VCF)和流量计检定的准确性,从而导致油品的计量误差。文章分析了管道温度测量管段的结蜡原因和结蜡过程,阐明结蜡是引起各测量点温度差异的主要因素,并提出了有效的预防和处理措施。文章研究结果对油品计量交接准确,减少交接纠纷,维护各方的经济利益具有重要意义。
During the process of measuring and transferring the oil, the temperature directly affects the accuracy of the value of K (volume correction coefficient VCF) and the flowmeter calibration, resulting in the measurement error of the oil product. This paper analyzes the waxing process and waxing process of pipe temperature measuring pipe, clarifies that waxing is the main factor that causes the temperature difference between measuring points, and puts forward effective measures for prevention and treatment. The results of the article are of great significance to accurately measure the oil measurement, reduce the transfer of disputes and safeguard the economic interests of all parties.
