地方党史是中共党史的基础,地方史各有各的特点,但各地党委坚持全心全意为人民服务宗旨没有变,弘扬共产党人艰苦奋斗、大公无私的精神不能变,地方党史研究一定要坚持“党性”方向,丰富“党性”内涵。《中共中央关于加强和改进新形势下党史工作的意见》中提出,坚持党性原则和科学精神的统一。地方党史工作坚持党性原则和科学精神的统一,是党史工作的一个基础,是党史工作去伪存真、正本清源的关键,也是提升地方党史吸引力、生命力的必要手段。
Local Party History is the basis of the history of the Communist Party of China. Local history has its own characteristics. However, the party committees throughout the country persist in serving the people wholeheartedly and unswervingly, carrying forward the hard-working Communists and their unselfish spirit can not be changed. Therefore, “Party spirit” direction, enrich “Party spirit ” connotation. The Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Strengthening and Improving the Work of Party History under the New Situation proposes that the principle of party spirit and the unification of the scientific spirit should be adhered to. The adherence to the unification of the principle of party spirit and the scientific spirit in the work of local Party history is a basis for the work of the party history. It is the key point for party history work to go to the pseudo-existence of the real and clear sources, and is also an essential means to enhance the attractiveness and vitality of the local history of the party.
