本文主要阐述了26/26型四冲程柴油机在1000转/分下,功率从1000马力发展到4000马力的过程。为了改进开式燃烧室,进行了一些试验工作。通过改善燃烧和采用适当的最大爆发压力,使柴油机在压力增加率较低时运转,还能得到较高的经济性。文章给出了在25公斤/厘米~2平均有效压力下运用调节的数据。指出了柴油机在瞬时工况下改进运转性能的方法,以及在瞬时工况下,由于限制了供油量,而相应降低废气的排烟度。并阐述了焊铸机体和氮化铸铁曲轴的结构特性。
This paper mainly expounds the process of developing the power of a 26/26 four-stroke diesel engine from 1000 hp to 4000 hp at 1000 rpm. In order to improve the open combustion chamber, some experiments were carried out. By improving combustion and using the appropriate maximum burst pressure, the diesel engine operates at lower pressure increase rates, resulting in higher economy. The article gives data for adjustment at 25 kg / cm ~ 2 average effective pressure. The method of improving the running performance of the diesel engine under the instantaneous working condition is pointed out. In the instantaneous working condition, the exhaust gas emission is reduced due to the limitation of the fuel supply. The structural characteristics of the cast-iron body and the cast iron crankshaft are also described.
