根据板簧这一构件的工作条件必须使簧片有很高的静负荷强度和循环负荷强度、微动磨损疲劳强度、松弛抗力和抗磨性。用产生材料的高强度状态(如热处理)来提高板簧的寿命还有一定的困难,所以到目前为止簧片的热处理与传统的方法-淬火和回火到硬度HRC38~44然后喷丸硬化一没有什么明显区别。本文推荐一种新的簧片热处理强化规范。为了在板簧材料内获得很高的静负荷强度和循环负荷强度,利用了两个强化因素的同时作用:奥氏体的细晶化(达14~15级)
