近年来,随着我市经济建设的快速发展,档案管理工作有了很大进步,但是,要实现档案工作的持续发展,就必须与时俱进,探索创新。档案事业的发展离不开创新,特别是车辆档案管理创新刻不容缓。只有创新,才能适应经济社会发展的需要,使档案事业适应和服务于社会各项事业,才能使档案工作充满生机和活力。实现车辆档案管理创新的主要途径是思维理念创新、管理模式创新和法规机制创新等诸方面。本文试图结合实际,就交通车辆档案管理创新做些探讨。
In recent years, with the rapid development of economic construction in our city, great progress has been made in the management of archives. However, in order to achieve the sustained development of archival work, we must advance with the times and explore innovation. The development of the archives business can not be separated from innovation, especially the management of vehicle archives management without delay. Only through innovation can we meet the needs of economic and social development so that the archival career can be adapted and served by all social undertakings in order to make the archival work full of vigor and vitality. The main ways to realize the innovation of vehicle archives management are the innovation of thinking concept, the innovation of management pattern and the innovation of regulatory mechanism. This article tries to combine with the reality, to make some discussion on the traffic vehicle file management innovation.
