本文应用离子对反相高效液相色谱法测定了5-氟脲嘧啶多相脂质体在小鼠体内各组织内的分布。结果表明,5-氟脲嘧啶在肝、脾、肺、肠、胃中分布量较高,而在脑和瘤组织中比较低。与5-氟脲嘧啶水溶液对比研究中表明,5-氟脲嘧啶多相脂质体在肺内分布量较其水溶液提高4.8倍,在肝中提高1.6倍,胃中2.5倍、肠中2.3倍、脾中1.95倍、肾中2.0倍,而脑和瘤组织中分别提高8.2和7.7倍。
In this paper, ion-pair reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the distribution of 5-fluorouracil multiphasic liposomes in various tissues of mice. The results showed that 5-fluorouracil in the liver, spleen, lung, intestine, stomach, the distribution of higher, but lower in brain and tumor tissue. In comparison with 5-fluorouracil aqueous solution, the distribution of 5-fluorouracil multiphase liposomes in the lung was 4.8 times more than that of aqueous solution, 1.6 times higher in the liver, 2.5 times in the stomach and 2.3 times in the intestine 1.95 times in the spleen and 2.0 times in the kidney, while the brain and tumor tissues increased 8.2 and 7.7 times respectively.
