无性系繁育技术一直是制约蒜头果(Malania oleifera)这一珍贵经济树种产业发展的瓶颈。通过对蒜头果芽苗砧嫁接技术的试验研究,总结出蒜头果芽苗砧嫁接技术在芽砧培育、圃地及基质选择、嫁接时间、接穗选取、嫁接过程、栽后管理等方面的操作要领及注意事项。该技术嫁接成活率高达90.2%,是目前生产上快速获得优良蒜头果无性系繁殖苗的唯一手段。
