目的探讨脉压与高血压性肾损害的关系。方法比较高血压性肾损害患者不同脉压水平的肾功能差异以及不同血压参数与肾功能的相关性。结果尿素氮、血肌酐、2 4小时尿蛋白定量与收缩压、脉压呈正相关 ;内生肌酐清除率与收缩压、脉压呈负相关 ;其中脉压与肾功能的关系是独立的 ,并非是收缩压依赖性的 ;不同脉压水平组间的肾功能差异有显著性。结论脉压增大是高血压性肾损害的独立危险因子。
Objective To investigate the relationship between pulse pressure and hypertensive renal impairment. Methods The renal function differences of different pulse pressure levels and the relationship between different blood pressure parameters and renal function in hypertensive renal impairment patients were compared. Results The levels of urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and 24-hour urinary protein were positively correlated with systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure. The rate of endogenous creatinine clearance was inversely correlated with systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure. The relationship between pulse pressure and renal function was independent and not Is systolic pressure-dependent; differences in renal function between different pulse pressure levels were significant. Conclusion Increased pulse pressure is an independent risk factor for hypertensive renal impairment.
