分析研究了上摆折叠式矿井安全门的结构特点及工作原理,找出了该安全门在开启状态下产生自落的原因,提出了安全门开启状态下重力自锁和液压驱动回路自锁的新方法,彻底解决了该安全门开启状态下的自落问题,现场使用证明效果良好。
The structural characteristics and working principle of the pendulum folded mine safety gate were analyzed and the reasons for the self-locking of the safety gate in the open state were found out. A new method of gravity self-locking and self-locking of the hydraulic drive circuit with the safety gate open was put forward. Completely solved the security door open state of self-drop problem, field use proved effective.
