如今社会经济的繁荣,卫生条件的改善,使得人的寿命越来越长,70岁以上高龄的老人比比皆是,这也是我国民族兴旺发达的重要标志之一。当老年人到70岁高龄时,身体的各项生理机能都会慢慢的衰退,反应也开始迟缓,这个时候,老人们应特别注意一些生活细节,提高身体的免疫能力。为了使老年朋友们生活得更加健康快乐,本刊分别从饮食、睡眠、锻炼、心理健康四个方面为70岁老年朋友提供一些养生保健的方法。
Nowadays, the prosperity of the society and the improvement of the sanitation conditions make people live longer and longer lives. Elders over the age of 70 are everywhere, and this is one of the important symbols of the prosperity of our nation. When the elderly to 70 years old, the body’s physiological function will slowly decline, the reaction began to slow, this time, the elderly should pay special attention to some details of life, improve the body’s immune system. In order to make the elderly friends live a healthier and happier period, this paper provides some health care methods for 70-year-olds in terms of diet, sleep, exercise and mental health respectively.
