高考作为高校选拔学生的教育活动,其内涵的功利性内容完全可以通过教育自身利益的力量自然消解。而政府对高考的主导和控制,使地方政府的高考政绩及中学的高考率追求成为可能,也使非教育的目的规范和约束教育成为可能,从而导致高考本质的扭曲。高考改革应该是立足于恢复教育培养学生健全人格本性的、以教育体制改革为基础的、彻底的改革。
The college entrance examination as an educational activity for selecting students in colleges and universities, its content of utilitarian content can be completely eliminated by the power of education’s own interests. The government’s dominance and control over the college entrance examination make it possible for the local government’s college entrance examination achievements and the high school entrance examination rate to pursue, and it also makes non-educational purposes standardized and restricts education, leading to the distortion of the nature of the college entrance examination. The college entrance examination reform should be a thorough reform based on the reform of the education system based on the restoration of education to cultivate students’ sound personality.
