针对目前小学课堂“多教少学”模式带来的教师不敢放手、学生学习主动性差、学生学业负担过重的现象,尝试建构“少教多学”课堂教学模式。明确“师”与“生”在小班化背景下新的角色定位。创设“少教多学”的课堂教学,为学生提供自主学习与合作交流的空间和时间,以提升学生的主体意识,培养学生的学习兴趣,教会学生学习方法、培养学生学习习惯,全方位、大幅度地提高学生的学习能力,并通过把课堂延伸到课外,来增强学生搜集与整理信息的能力。
In view of the current teachers in the primary classroom “teaching more and less learning ” model can not let go, the student learning initiative is poor, students are overburdened with academic studies and try to construct a classroom teaching model of “less education and more learning”. Clear “teacher” and “health” in the small class under the new role of positioning. To create a classroom teaching system of “teaching less and learning more” to provide students with space and time for independent study and cooperation and exchange so as to enhance students’ subjective consciousness, cultivate students’ interest in learning, teach students how to learn and cultivate students’ study habits. Orientation, greatly improve the learning ability of students, and by extending the classroom to extra-curricular, to enhance students’ ability to collect and organize information.
