最近,在高温下使用的构件的热疲劳试验虽然在繁忙地进行着,可是却还没有可进行高精度试验的性能优良的热疲劳试验机,故期望在负荷控制和温度控制两方面进一步提高性能。这次,研制了在具有电液伺服机构的热疲劳试验机上,配置高频感应加热装置及伺服式冷却空气调节阀的岛津E10—TF型热疲劳伺服脉动试验机。本机具有如下性能:可根据任意波形信号进行负荷及连续的热循环控制,并在进行均热的两标点间的变形检测及控制的同时,也可进行将变形循环与温度循环同步的强度速率可变的控制。本文详细叙述试验机的结构、性能及试验结果,且对试样的加热、冷却速度极限作一探讨。
