随着老龄化进程加快,以医疗为保障、以康复为支撑的医养结合模式逐渐兴起,构建居家社区机构相协调、医养康养相结合的养老服务体系成为工作重心。为了解重庆“医养结合”推进情况,近日,重庆调查总队走访武隆、涪陵、江津、黔江、开州、巫山、潼南、垫江、南川、丰都、永川、渝中12个区县部分社区养老机构、民政局、卫健委等相关部门进行调研,结果显示:全市各地“医养结合”成效显著,但还存在部分机构“医养结合”程度较低、机构建设存在资金缺口、医养服务专业人员缺乏等问题,亟需重视并解决。
