血浆或血清渗透压测定值和计算值对判断渗透性内环境的是否稳定并不准确,而血清有效渗透压(即渗透性),除极少数情况外,能快速而准确地提供细胞内、外水化是否正常,即失水或水中毒,为治疗提供可靠的依据。本文报告6例肺心病患者并发严重低渗血症,并就渗透压及渗透性有关问题进行分析讨论。临床资料:一般资料:男4例,女2例,年龄54~80岁。6例均有精神不振,乏力,纳差,肠鸣音减弱,腱反射迟钝,嗜睡。四肢短阵性抽
