内置式涡轮机构的转速特性是影响引信解除保险距离的关键因素。本文建立了一种用于弹道空气动压力模拟、检测弹头引信用内置式涡轮机构转速特性的试验系统。由气源的不同风压模拟引信在实际弹道上所承受的不同空气动压力,采用激光反射式转速测量方法实现涡轮机构转速变化规律的非接触测量。藉此,检测并研究了实际内置式涡轮机构的对应不同风速的转速特性。气动模拟试验结论与射击试验的结果吻合,为引信的设计提供了科学依据。
The rotational speed characteristics of the built-in turbomachine are the key factors that affect the fuze release insurance distance. In this paper, a test system for the simulation of ballistic aerodynamic pressure to test the rotational speed characteristics of a built-in turbo mechanism of a warhead fuse is established. The different aerodynamic pressure of the fuze on the actual ballistic trajectory was simulated by different wind pressures of the air source, and the non-contact measurement of the rotating speed of the turbine was carried out by using the laser reflection speed measurement method. In this way, the rotational speed characteristics of different built-in turbo-mechanisms corresponding to different wind speeds are tested and studied. The results of the aerodynamic simulation are in good agreement with those of the shooting test, which provides a scientific basis for the design of fuze.
