毛泽东最借重的《大公报》人,非范长江莫属。可惜,他在毛泽东发动的文革中被残酷迫害,死于非命。而在国民党高压下,敢于为共产党说话的《大公报》在大陆也逐渐销声匿迹。1902年6月17日,由倾心近代文明的满族人英敛之创办的《大公报》在天津问世。办报宗旨为“开风气,牖(音you窗户意)民智,挹彼西欧学术,启我同胞聪明”。
Mao Zedong’s most important “Ta Kung Pao” person, none other than Fan Changjiang. Unfortunately, he was brutally persecuted and died in the Cultural Revolution launched by Mao Zedong.
