一、安全性和可靠性要求作为基本要求是,采用电子装置控制的机车必须保证不低于目前常用机车的可靠性水平。由于现代化设备元件的高可靠性,故障(混乱)发生较少,可以认为在某一电子装置的故障发生时,正是机车动车本身处于某种不良状态。这些不良状态可分为下列几类: 一类:机车动车完好; 二类甲:机车动车有故障,但不妨碍正常运行;
First, the safety and reliability requirements As a basic requirement, the use of electronic devices controlled locomotive must ensure that no less than the current reliability level of locomotives. Due to the high reliability of modern equipment components, fewer malfunctions (disruptions) occur and it can be assumed that the locomotive itself is in some undesirable condition when a malfunction of an electronic device occurs.
