目的探究手术室实施优质护理服务的效果,以便为手术室护理工作提供指导。方法随机选取2014年5月至2015年5月来我院接受手术治疗的80例患者,随机分为两组,每组40例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取优质护理;随机选取手术医师10名纳入常规护理组,另随机选取手术医师10名纳入优质护理组,观察优质护理实施前后的护理质量及患者、医师满意度。结果护理前,两组焦虑评分无明显差异(P>0.05),无统计学意义;护理后,观察组患者焦虑评分、住院时间显著优于对照组,且护理后,观察组患者护理满意度(100%)明显高于对照组(85.0%),观察组手术医师满意度(100%)明显高于对照组手术医师满意度(80.0%),P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论手术室优质护理实践效果显著,能够明显提升患者及手术医师的满意程度、缩短患者住院时间、降低患者焦虑程度,值得在手术室护理工作中实践推广。
Objective To explore the effect of implementing quality nursing services in the operating room in order to provide guidance for operating room nursing. Methods Totally 80 patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were randomly divided into two groups (n = 40 in each group). The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was treated with high quality of care. The surgeons were selected randomly 10 were included in the routine care group, another 10 were randomly selected surgical surgeons into quality care group, observed the quality of care before and after the implementation of quality care and patient satisfaction with physicians. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in anxiety scores between the two groups (P> 0.05). After nursing, anxiety score and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. After nursing, the patients’ satisfaction degree 100%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.0%). Satisfaction of the surgeons in the observation group (100%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.0%), P <0.05. Conclusion The practice of quality nursing in operation room is remarkable, which can significantly improve the satisfaction of patients and surgeons, shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the anxiety of patients. It is worth to practice promotion in operating room nursing.
