采用微差爆破技术是控制和减小硐室爆破对周围建筑物和地下构筑物危害的有效措施。本文对德兴铜矿某采空区的硐室微差爆破设计进行了安全评估,地震波振速和空气冲击波超压计算结果表明,地表建筑物和地下构筑物都是安全的,爆破设计合理可行。爆破后除桃刀湾修理间部分玻璃被震碎外,其余均无损坏。同时证明,对矿山大型爆破设计进行安全性评估和预测爆破对周围环境的破坏是非常有益的。
The use of micro-blasting technology is an effective measure to control and reduce the hazard of chamber blasting on the surrounding buildings and underground structures. In this paper, the safety assessment of chamber micro-blasting design in a goaf of Dexing Copper Mine is carried out. The calculation results of seismic wave velocity and air shock wave overpressure show that both surface and underground structures are safe and the blasting design is reasonable and feasible. After the blasting, except for some glass between Taohuo Bay repairs, the rest were damaged. At the same time, it is proved that it is very beneficial to evaluate the safety of large-scale mine blasting design and predict the destruction of surrounding environment by blasting.
