2008年-天津下一轮增长的浪潮关键词:后金融风暴国际经济环境更趋严峻复杂,金融动荡加剧,经济明显减速的情况下,中国经济能不能继续保持平稳较快发展成为各界关心的焦点。温家宝表示,中国通过继续深化经济体制改革,保持了经济的平稳较快发展态势。温家宝认为,当前经济和金融挑战最为严重的就是由于美国次贷危机发展到部分金融企业以至影响到实体经济,导致国际经济减速。并提出三点意见,第一,各国要加强合作。第二,信心比黄金和货币还要贵重。第三,保持住中国强有力的平稳较快的经济增长态势,是对当前世界经济的最大贡献。
