7月6日,省政府召开全省中小学人事制度改革工作电视电话会议。程幼东副省长在会上讲话指出,全省中小学人事制度改革工作总的思路是:以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,以实行聘任制为重点,以合理配置教育资源、优化教师队伍结构、全面提高教育厂贞量和管理水平为核心,加快用人制度和分配制度改革,建立符合中小学特点的人事管理运行机制,建设一支高素质、专业化的中小学教师队伍和管理人员队伍。为实现上述目标,各级政府和各有关部门要坚持原则,把握政策,积极稳妥地推进中小学人事制度改革。在具体工作中,要着重做好以下三项工作。
