2009和2010年以绥农10与L-10杂交衍生的164个株系组成的F6和F7重组自交系群体为试验材料,利用品红染色法对大豆胞囊线虫抗性进行了鉴定。并分析了大豆胞囊线虫病3号生理小种抗病性与主要农艺性状之间的相关性,结果表明:大豆胞囊线虫病3号生理小种抗病性与生育期、节数呈显著负相关,与株高、分枝数、单株荚数、粒数、百粒重呈负相关;与种脐颜色、粒形、茸毛色无明显的相关性,与根瘤呈极显著相关。
In 2009 and 2010, F6 and F7 recombinant inbred lines consisting of 164 lines derived from cross between Suinong 10 and L-10 were used as experimental materials, and the resistance to soybean cyst nematode was identified by magenta staining. The correlation between the disease resistance and the main agronomic traits of soybean cyst nematode 3 was analyzed. The results showed that the disease resistance, growth period and node number of soybean cyst nematode 3 were significant Negative correlation with plant height, number of branches, number of pods per plant, number of grains per plant, and weight of 100 grains. There was no significant correlation with the color, grain shape and velvet color of umbilical cord.
