应用模糊优化原理和有限元分析技术,对超精密机床中柔性铰链的结构进行了模糊多目标优化设计。在设计过程中,利用权重最大最小法和隶属函数形式的选择,综合考虑了各个目标函数与约束条件的重要程度,实现了该结构的三个垂直方向刚度和扭转刚度的合理分配。设计结果表明,本文所采用的方法对于工程实际问题是完全可行的。
Applying fuzzy optimization principle and finite element analysis technology, the fuzzy multi-objective optimization design of flexible hinge in ultra-precision machine tools is carried out. In the process of design, the importance of each objective function and constraints is considered synthetically by the choice of the maximum and minimum weights and membership functions, and the rational distribution of the three vertical stiffness and torsional stiffness of the structure is achieved. The design results show that the method adopted in this paper is completely feasible for engineering practical problems.
