不知道您有没有过这样的经历,到了晚上夜深人静的时候,本该上床踏踏实实睡觉了,可是在无尽的黑夜里,您却睡不着了。随着现代都市生活节奏的不断加快,工作、学习和生活压力不断增大,人们的身体和心理面临的压力也越来越大,失眠这个词儿在我们生活中出现的频率越来越高了。根据世界卫生组织的统计数据,全世界存在失眠障碍的患者比例已经超过了20%,专家认为我国的失眠障碍患者比例也基本处于这个水平。那么到底什么是失眠、失眠会带来哪些危害呢?
