目的观察丹参醇提取物对氢溴酸东莨菪碱引起的小鼠学习记忆获得障碍的影响。方法采用氢溴酸东莨菪碱复制小鼠记忆障碍模型,运用通道式水迷宫测试丹参醇提物对其学习记忆功能的影响,水迷宫实验后立即处死小鼠,并测小鼠全脑乙酰胆碱酯酶活性。结果丹参醇提物剂量组和脑复康组的游出时间及乙酰胆碱酯酶含量均较模型组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参醇提物对氢溴酸东莨菪碱致学习记忆障碍有显著的改善作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza alcohol extract on learning and memory impairment caused by scopolamine hydrobromide in mice. METHODS: Scopolamine hydrobromide was used to replicate the model of memory impairment in mice. The effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza alcohol extract on learning and memory function were tested by channel-type water maze. The mice were sacrificed immediately after the water maze test and the whole brain acetylcholinesterase activity was measured. . Results Compared with the model group, the travel time and acetylcholinesterase content of Salvia miltiorrhiza alcohol extract dose group and Naofukang group were less than the model group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza ethanol extract can significantly improve the learning and memory impairment caused by scopolamine hydrobromide.
