目的:建立砂仁配方颗粒中乙酸龙脑酯的含量测定方法。方法:采用HP-5MS石英毛管柱,氦气为载气,100℃~180℃程序升温;质谱为检测器,选择性检测m/z136的离子;样品采用无水乙醇超声提取,外标法计算乙酸龙脑酯的含量。结果:乙酸龙脑酯在0.103 6~0.621 6mg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 7,n=6);平均回收率(n=6)为97.37%,RSD为0.88%;检测限为10pg。结论:本法简便、快速、灵敏度高,结果准确可靠,可用于砂仁配方颗粒中乙酸龙脑酯含量的控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of borneol acetate in Amomum prescription granules. Methods: HP-5MS quartz capillary column and helium carrier gas were used to program the temperature in the range of 100 ℃ ~ 180 ℃. The detector was used to detect the ion of m / z 136 selectively. The sample was extracted by absolute ethanol and calculated by external standard method Content of borneol acetate. Results: The linear relationship between the content of borneol ester and peak area was good (r = 0.999 7, n = 6) in the range of 0.103 6 ~ 0.621 6 mg / mL. The average recovery was 97.37% with RSD 0.88% The detection limit is 10pg. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. It can be used for the control of cerebrum acetate content in Amomum prescription granules.
