In the reorganization and transformation of aviation companies, lean production is an effective production model. We have fully confirmed this in our joint practice with Guiyang Aviation Hydraulic Parts Factory. In this paper, the workshop level transformation of the plunger shaft sleeve of the plant outlines the content of the workshop renovation and how to operate and manage it.
