讨论了为降低成本而增大聚酯帘线粘合胶料配方中SR和炭黑的用量对胶料工艺性能、物理性能及轮胎成品性能的影响。试验结果表明 ,通过配方调整 ,SR和炭黑用量分别增大 2 0和 10份后 ,胶料的挺性和粘合性好、利于成型 ,定伸应力和硬度基本不变、H抽出力增大、拉伸强度和扯断伸长率略有下降 ,半成品及成品帘线粘合力增大 ,成品轮胎性能良好 ,每千克混炼胶价格可降低 1元左右
