根据光学精密机械结构中经常碰到的空间无级调速的需求,综合考虑成本,调试效果及生产人员的操作便捷性等方面的问题,从原理上阐述了偏头凹槽调整机构的设计思路和概念,提出了从设计基准到加工,组装调试的零件设计方案。从典型案例上说明正确的思路,具体到产品,根据光学系统要求,空间,调整范围等不同因素,故设计也不完全相同,但只要思路正确,设计出的产品不但可以满足光学系统的要求,而且也会在提高生产效率,降低产品成本等方面提供良好的基础。
