特发性肺间质纤维化(IPF)是一种以肺泡结构内成纤维细胞积聚和结缔组织基质紊乱为特征,其发病过程可概括为肺泡的免疫和炎症反应、肺实质损伤和受损肺泡修复(纤维化)三个环节。氧化应激(oxidative stress,OS)对IPF形成的促进作用贯穿整个过程。氧化应激(OS)是指反应性氧化物生成和抗氧化防御体系之间的严重失衡,从而导致组织损伤的一种状态。现就氧化应激在IPF中发挥的作用作一综述。
