以高效液相色谱法测定诺氟沙星的含量，采用岛津ＳｈｉｍｐａｃｋＣＬＣ－ＯＤＳ色谱柱、０．０５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ柠檬酸－１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ乙酸铵－乙腈（７９：１：２０）为流动相，ＵＶ检测波长２７８ｎｍ，按外标法计算。本法专属性高，结果满意。
